Coach Astrouski is a graduate of Lake Park and a former Lancette and Dance Ensemble member. She has been coaching JV Lancettes since 2012. Coach Astrouski is a Special Education teacher and Inclusion Facilitator at Lake Park High School. She currently teaches and facilitates IEP meetings at West Campus.

Coach Reehoff brings experience, along with a love for coaching to the Lancettes Dance Team. She is a graduate of Lake Park, during which she spent all four years of high school on Lancettes. Coach Reehoff went on to teach dance classes at the Bloomingdale and Geneva Park districts along with coaching Northwest Elite Dance Team, while studying social studies at Benedictine University. Coach Reehoff has been coaching Lancettes since 2010 and is employed as a Social Studies teacher at Lake Park's West Campus.
